Are there fees to use the TCB Mobile Banking App?
No. However, you should contact your wireless service provider to see if any connectivity usage rates apply.
Can I use the same User ID and Password for my Mobile App that I use for Citizens Bank Online Banking?
Yes. And if you’re not enrolled in The Citizens Bank Online Banking, you can simply go to www.thecitizensbankphila.com from your computer and click on the “Online Banking Enroll” button.
How many incorrect logon attempts will the app allow before it is locked?
Your Mobile Banking/Citizens Bank Online Banking access will be locked after the fifth invalid User ID and Password entry. You can call our customer service, at 601-389-2178 to reset your password.
Can my Mobile Banking session time out?
Yes, just like your Citizens Bank Online Banking session using a computer, your Mobile Banking session will time out after 5 minutes of inactivity.
What can I do with the Mobile Banking App?
- View account balances and transaction history.
- Transfer funds between your Citizens Bank accounts.
- Pay bills. If you’re enrolled in Bill Pay and have existing payees, you can schedule bill payments.

Can my Mobile Banking be accessed without a User ID and Password?
