Any automatic payments you have established using your Charter Bank debit card will have to be re-established using your TCB debit card.
Beginning Friday, April 3, at 4:00 PM, the Charter banking system will be set to inquiry only mode and you will not be able to access many of the features of your online banking product. Further, we will not be able to convert your Charter online banking account to a TCB online banking account. Beginning April 6, go to our website to enroll for online banking by clicking the Enroll in Online Banking link in the top right corner of our home page. Enter your last name, social security number, date of birth and preferred log-in ID. From there the system will instruct you on the remaining steps to establish your online banking account, including creating your online banking password.

Your next statement cycle following the April 3 statement will approximate your current statement cycle date. Any Charter account converted to a TCB E-Vantage account will have a month end cycle date.
Effective March 20, the deposit feature function will no longer be available at the Pascagoula ATM.
