Effective March 23, 2020, and until further notice, The Citizens Bank is implementing a drive-thru only/limited access policy at all locations. Drive-Thrus will remain open during normal hours and branch lobbies will be accessible by appointment only. Our ATMs, ITMs as well as Online and Mobile Banking will be available as usual. We apologize for the inconvenience. The health and safety of our customers and employees are our top priority!

As we continue to address concerns for the rapidly changing health crisis that is currently happening in our nation, state and local communities, we are grateful to our healthcare professionals who are working around the clock to ensure that the most vulnerable among us are cared for.
Our communities, employees and customers have been adjusting to the “new normal” over the past few weeks. Many of you are under mandatory time away from work or working from home, home schooling your children or caring for loved ones, and we appreciate all that you do to adjust to your new normal.
Our bank is having to adjust as well. We are open for business, and all our products and services are available. We are asking our bankers to follow guidelines recommended by the Centers Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our goal is to ensure you and all our valued customers that our service options will remain available to you.
Alternative Service Options
- Online and Mobile Banking – you can access your account with Online Banking to view your balance, transfer funds, and pay bills.
- ATMs/ITMs – Use your Citizens Bank debit or ATM card to get cash, transfer funds and check balances. Use our ITMs where available to make deposits, cash checks, pay loans or transfer funds.
- Phone – Philadelphia area call 601.656.4692; out of area call 1.800.397.0344 to speak to a banker during normal business hours.
- Mobile Deposit Capture – Take a picture of the front and back of your check and send for deposit.
In the interest of public health and to reduce the spread of the virus and remain available to our customers, The Citizens Bank will implement our pandemic control operating schedule. This control will allow us to remain open to serve our customers and remain vigilant in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. Beginning Monday, March 23, 2020, and continuing until further notice, All Citizens Bank branches will be open by appointment only. All our drive-thru locations will be open during normal business hours.
