All you need to take advantage of The Citizens Bank Phone Teller system is a telephone with touch-tone capabilities. Phone Teller is convenient, easy and can be accessed from anywhere in the United States.

With The Citizens Bank's Phone Banking You Can:

  • Check Deposit and Loan Account Balances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Find your accrued interest, maturity dates and loan payments
  • Confirm if checks have cleared or deposits have been made.
  • Enter a check number to confirm the amount of the check and if it has cleared your account.
  • Complete a transfer between accounts.

NOTE: The first time you call, you will be asked to take a few moments to register. Once completed, you will be asked to enter your Social Security Number, then select a PIN. You will be prompted to enter this PIN every time you call to use Phone Teller.

Caution: Do not use the last four digits of your social security number as your PIN.
